Do you do moving (moving in or moving out) cleans? Moving in /out (*EXTRA DEEP CLEAN* Home must be completely vacant, No furniture, No trash/boxes/personal items. Utilities must still be connected-Electricity&Water)
Do you do random cleanings or do you only have weekly and bi weekly clients? I can do both
If my regular cleaning falls on a holiday will you be working? I will not be working -Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas day
Do you charge more to work on holidays? Yes

Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have something come up and have to cancel? You’ll tell me what works for you. 48-24 hours prior no charge. I charge $10 cancellation fee
Am I supposed to give you a key so you can get in my house or do you need an alarm code? Or both?
You can give us a key, hide a key, give us a code to the garage door if you have a keypad outside
How do you protect my privacy with that key or code? Safe Box

I’d like to take house cleaning as a deductible deductible expense for my home based business. I work from the house, will it bother you if I’m home the whole time? No it’s fine
If I’m working from home, are you going to chat the whole time or will you allow me to get my work done? I have to clean your house properly
